This Privacy Policy describes how Scrapll (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and handles information when you use our platform and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register
  • Search queries: The natural language queries and URLs you submit to the Service
  • Campaign content: Email templates, subject lines, and recipient lists you create within the Service
  • Third-party API keys: Credentials you provide for integrations (e.g., HubSpot, email delivery providers). These are stored to facilitate the integrations you configure and are not used for any other purpose
  • Communications: Messages you send to us via email or support channels

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and general interaction patterns
  • Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management (see Section 5)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and provide the Service
  • Process your queries and deliver results
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Send transactional communications (account verification, password resets, billing notices)
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse
  • Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics for internal product improvement

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in to receive them.

3. Lead Data and Publicly Available Information

The Service discovers lead information by searching publicly available sources on the internet. The lead data returned to you (names, email addresses, company information, professional profiles) is sourced from public web pages, business directories, and social media profiles that are accessible without authentication.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any lead data. You are solely responsible for your use of this data, including compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Data Sharing

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform, Firebase) to host and operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under their standard terms
  • Third-party integrations you configure: When you connect integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Resend, SendGrid), data is transmitted to those services using the API keys you provide. We act as a conduit; your use of those services is governed by their terms
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie (__session) for authentication and login persistence. This is a strictly necessary cookie required for the Service to function.

We also use Meta Pixel (ID 2261722261280028) on every page to measure visits and signups, including a Lead event when you create an account. That is an advertising / analytics tool. It runs whether or not you have seen or dismissed the cookie notice. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from using authenticated features of the Service.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and rely on our infrastructure provider's encryption at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. API keys you provide for third-party integrations are stored in our database and are not logged or exposed in error reports.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of your information. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using the Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution). Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your Choices

You may update your account information through the Settings page. You may delete your saved leads and searches at any time through the Service. To request account deletion or a copy of your personal data, contact us at support@scrapll.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that certain data may be retained as described in Section 7.

9. International Users

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
