Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Search queries and lead results are retained for 90 days unless saved. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Scrapll uses third-party services to operate the platform, including cloud hosting providers, email delivery services (Resend, SendGrid), and analytics tools. These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
